Status Quo

Of course it's quo. When has it ever not been quo?

Having now experienced the first month of the current administration, it is once again my conclusion that the only thing the people out of power learn from the people in power is how to be bigger and better unprincipled, raging, randomly destructive assholes;

and that this is merely one more specific example of the general principle that politics invariably makes everyone involved in it worse;

and that thus anyone who voluntarily chooses to participate in it should be unceremoniously strangled and tossed down that bottomless pit I'm told they have over in Sparta.
